Join the team
Our small, volunteer-based team consists of passionate people of all backgrounds, working with us physically in our small office space in Copenhagen or online (from the MENA region and Europe), which is the case for most. Some are media professionals, others are just passionate about human-focused storytelling (meet our team).

Write for us
A key part of The Turban Times’ mission is to represent local voices from the MENA region. We’re therefore always on the lookout for local contributors, but encourage all with an interest in our project objectives to write for us.
Multimedia production
Our magazine focuses on compelling and engaging storytelling. Ours is an alternative and experimenting journalistic project and we are curious about exploring all the great ways we can take use of multimedia in our work.
Marketing
Social media, newsletters, and general marketing.
Design
Infographics, illustrations, and the like.
Translation
Translation of Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, Turkish, and other MENA languages, to English, and vice versa.
Website/IT
(Co-)managing our website.
Internship
We also accept interns.
